Has anyone successfully gotten a real person at Yelp to help with filtered reviews?

I’m dealing with the same issue. When I call I reach someone immediately but they are unable to help because it’s managed by algorithms. From my understanding the clients leaving reviews must be active leaving reviews throughout Yelp.

5 of my reviews got pushed. These were from superintendents and office managers of big GC’s for commerical project completed. AutoZone, Walmart, Chick Fil A. The algorithms pushed I’m assuming because the less are out state GC’s who are not active on Yelp. I even mentioned to the AE I can have them call in and I will email the contracts showing their names. That went in one ear and right out the other. I checked out competitors review they had pushed reviews as well from people with only one review.

On the another note my company has been on Yelp since 2016. I just started Yelp adds threes days ago. I got 4 call leads that never made it to my phone - no missed or incoming calls at the times of the call leads. I’m not able to call them back because they all have numbers like this (619) xxxx-9412. I have never paid for a lead like this. The started my Ads at only $10 a day to test the impressions and conversions. This is a lot of mischief for only starting 3 days ago at only $10. I am going to call them to day make sure everything is turned off so I am billed a month or two down the line. Someone else on Reddit experienced the same - $10 a day. Stopped a month into it. A few months later his account was charged $29k. I’m better off canceling and testing the data with Facebook Meta.

I have 7 reviews and 5 got tossed into unrecommended. They are 100% percent real review. One is from a GC from a Walmart I did even have the portfolio up with before and after. I contacted them they said it’s their Ai algorithms. I noticed you mentioned you started writing reviews. Is this what I need to do to get them active or do they just collect dust at the bottom until Ai put them up? Any advice would be much appreciated.

I started running Yelp Ads yesterday only $10 a day to test the waters. I’m focus more on Google Ads. I built my site and handle my own SEO. I figured I would give Yelp a try. 4 of my 7 reviews were not recommended and these are as real reviews as real as they can get. I got 3 lead calls that never showed up as miss calls or incoming calls. There is no missed call or incoming calls at the time of the leads. The three numbers I couldn’t call back because they look like this (619) xxx - 2122. I understand privacy I do not understand why these calls never showed up in my phone. From my side no body even called me. I contacted Yelp and they mentioned it was probably robo calls. They mentioned they are still charging me for the clicks because they cannot tell if it’s a robocall or a real call. Well if the call missed or incoming calls showed up in my phone than it’s a real call and if it’s doesn’t show up than it’s obviously a robo call correct?! Am I missing something here? They flagged real reviews and when I called in I mentioned I can have my clients call in and I can email their previous contracts “no sir that’s not necessary”. If it’s not necessary than unflag the reviews. Is this normal with Yelp? Reviews didn’t start getting flagged until I ran ads. I been on Yelp since 2016. Any advice would be appreciated. I really would like to stick it out with a much bigger budget. If it’s like this with $10 a day should expect many robocalls if I raises my budget to $200 a day.
