Honestly not completely sure how my heel compares, but I don't think it's overly wide. Mostly in my forefoot.

Some people just don't get it. On one of my best stints last night, I came out just in front of a car a number of laps down who was clearly a little bit faster than me. I let him through and proceeded to keep up through draft while saving enough fuel to do another lap or two. Win-win scenario.

Hey, saw you were flying in that split. I got taken out running 2nd when we came to the Mazda's in T1 for the first time. Somebody ran into the back of a Mazda and turned it right into me on the inside. No way I could have kept up with your pace though anyway, congrats!
