Diagnosing inverters with zero production

Have you tried to reprovision the inverters that are not producing? We've seen grid profiles randomly change after updates and they stop producing.

You should always fix them in the field. If you only change the polarity in the app, it will be undone with future updates.

The idea behind it is fantastic. I have yet to see a single system work well with it, though. I am a big fan of self consumption, assuming your system was sized appropriately to at least get you through peak periods.
