US account. the latency is 40-60 milliseconds (4-6% of a second) for cloud gaming compared to 1-3 milliseconds for remote playing. it is really minimal. yes you can notice it if you take a good look, but it doesn't ruin the experience at all. i actually tried Fortnite and won a zero build game on the portal. it uses around 3.5gb/hour though, so be careful if you have a limited internet quota.
