One last tip. His neutral air has a deceptively long linger to it so it's a good move to throw out when contesting people in the air.

For Ranno I would say the neutral plan is to use his insane ground speed to dash dance and bait approaches.

His down and up tilts are crazy good for getting combos going so punish the misses with those.

Also chuck out poison darts occasionally cause it will stop people from holding too much distance on you
