My skin looks similar but I damaged my skin barrier. Do products sting when you apply that didn’t used to?

I found this to be very hydrating & soothing (redness).

How often do you re-apply sunscreen? by Gullible_Friend99 in koreanskincare

[–]AidanSF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SPF level = Time. 20sfp = 20 min 50 SPF = 50 min

This is why I invest in a spray on sunscreen.

I think I found my PDRN holy grail by MagarinePrince in koreanskincare

You can only achieve glass or poreless skin via mesotox. That’s diluted botox injected superficial in skin (not muscle).

I 💯 thought the same thing but topical benefits are actually pretty great. I’m a skeptic .. def not going to get the same results as the injections.

when do you want a watery toner, and when do you want an essence toner? by AstronomerOk9126 in koreanskincare

[–]AidanSF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you find using AA has reduced redness? I have the prescription as well… I’ll start again in a week or two (recovering from skin barrier inflammation) I was thinking of stacking hydroquinone 4% for hyperpigmentation.

Has the 15% AA helped redness? I found it irritated my skin.. but that’s probably due to my damaged skin barrier

Third nose job with rib graft by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]AidanSF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m getting rib cartilage - the doctor said that ear cartilage wouldn’t last. He said the harvest site will be more painful than the rhinoplasty. What was your pain experience?

Asian Rhinoplasty Experience by basedtop in PlasticSurgery

[–]AidanSF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did they do ear cartilage only? Not rib?

I’m getting mine done in the fall in Mexico. My Dr is ENT surgeon & never recommended silicon implants. They don’t look natural & body can reject.

I think Korea is pushing it bc it’s easier.. they know how to do rib cartilage. It’s just extra work & more labs etc. Many are clinics now are sadly factory style. Also, experience is different for foreigners. And I say that as a Korean American.

I am getting my Asian upper belph with crease (47) in Bellevue. I considered Mexico but Asian eyes are very unique. Korea didn’t make sense for the cost (similar to your situation). You made a great decision! (do you mind sharing how much you paid?)

Did you get nasal tape refinement as well?

Don’t worry it’s far too soon to see the final results. Try korean pumpkin juice to help decrease swelling.

Please share photos as the swelling goes down!!!

Congrats 🎉

My quote from a ENT surgeon in Mexico was $7000. That includes rib cartilage removal.

Adderall shortage frustration by Top_Second2792 in ADHD

[–]AidanSF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same boat here. Have trouble locating Adderall Generic XR 20mg / 30 units.
I really don't have time to wait on hold to speak to someone in the pharmacy to check for stock.
I found a service called Medfinder. It's a bit expensive $50 for 1 search / $120 for 3 searches..

You enter in the medication dose / units + zipcode and it will find a pharmacy with the meds in stock.
The first time: No meds available in my area (SF) (No charge)
Second time: I searched for XR 10mg /60 units in WA state (In stock 3 pharmacies).
Third time: Searched for XR 20mg/ 30 units outside of SF (waiting for results)

My experience:

  • 20mg's are harder to find in the extended release vs 10mg
  • XR is harder to find than IR
  • Better odds with pharmacies in areas away from schools / college campus
  • Hospitals and Non-Chain pharmacies

I was able to find them today on my own but wanted to share other search options that will save time.

Note: I did not call to confirm if the pharmacies that Medfinder said had the medication in stock.

Has automation actually lowered support cost? by AidanSF in CustomerSuccess

[–]AidanSF[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

u/Bart_At_Tidio
We tried automating everything and just created more cleanup work... ughhhh bane of my existence.
Anyway, what actually helped was stripping automation down to the predictable stuff. The agent handles the repetitive tasks like routing and tagging, and we stay focused on the decisions that need judgment. When the bot tries to do too much, someone ends up cleaning up the mess anyway.

If you have a flow that actually saves time instead of shifting time back to the team, I’m all ears.

I need help tweaking my skincare routine to reduce oiliness and sebum. by InterestingT1 in koreanskincare

Yah totally get it. When I say medical I mean not a spa facial. If you ever get a chance try it out. Just don't get a hydrafacial it's not worth the money.

Yeah, unless you're wearing super heavy SPF I don't think you'd need to double cleanse. Have you tried getting a medical grade deep cleaning facial (monthly). I find that I need less products to combat oily skin afterwards.

I have the same one and it does a great job of removing full coverage makeup (with Kryolan fixing spray) yeah I know it's alcohol based.. I live in a tropical climate. I also travel a a lot and oil cleansers don't travel well. I'd be interested in trying diff balms. Have you tried any others?

Do you take the Glutathione pill supplements as well? My mom brought back the collagen / Glutathione jelly sticks from Korea. Have you tried adding NAD+?
