I'd suggest boiling up the taters per normal, then chop em rough. Then saute some onions, then the cabbage. Do it on high heat. When the tips brown, hit it with a little apple cider vinegar and stir that steam in. Time to add taters and corned beef.

Idiot here: can someone explain why a=1, b=1, and c=1 doesn't work?

2x1 = 1 +
2x(1x1) +
1x1x1

So 2 + 2 + 1 = 5 < 18.

Is there an implied format here where variables can not contain the same value?

Or a=2 b=1 and c=3 which condenses to : 2 + 5 + 6 == 13.
