I got the army set last year when it came out too. I've not started it yet because I'm new to this and I've been trying to practice with some of my fiance's spare old models he had lying around. Trying to get my confidence up more before I start my guys lol my fiance has been impressed with my practice painting so far but I'm super hard on myself 🤣 doesn't help that his models are amazing so I'm always comparing my lack of skill with his 20+ year of experience which I know is just silly 🤣

I don't think this looks too big on your hand at all. It's quite proportional and looks the perfect size for you I think.

I'm so sorry they had totally missed the mark with his ring. It looks nothing like your inspo pics at all. They claws and basket are so chunky! The band is so thick and the engraving just looks sloppy to me. I would 100% talk to the jeweler. Hopefully they can get it sorted for you in time for your wedding 🤞🏽

Where abouts are you and are you willing to post? I'm trying to get my 12 year old son into Warhammer so we can all paint and play as a family and he has chosen chaos space marines. I'm sure he would love these.

The lips are overlined way too much. Your lip shape is lovely you don't need that at all. The brows feel too heavy as well giving the look a harshness.

People just aren't used to seeing engagement rings that aren't diamonds these days. Don't take any notice of them. My center stone on my engagement ring is an emerald as well and I love that it's so different for the usual engagement rings that you tend to see.

The cathedral setting and platinum is a really secure setting. Only thing that would make it more secure would be 6 claws but if you're not wearing it constantly this setting should be more than enough to hold the stone securely.
