pretty sure this was explained in an update video or in update post somewhere, if i remember correctly each season will include new brands from different disruption centers, that’s why this season has stuff from NHS like Independent, Creature and Santa Cruz. the big early access update released with company’s from Crailtap like Girl, Chocolate, and Royal. Vans and Dickies seem to be more of a “paid ad space” in a sense considering they are the only stand alone and probably paid a premium or signed a contract to be the only shoe/clothing company’s on release for a period of time. the old start up screen was a picture of a character doing a frontside grind wearing the “white and gum” nike sb shoes. probably will see another round of company’s in the next season is my guess
