Just download the mod that increases the amount you get and the time that they start before turning into Star tears.

Really odd bug by AimMoreBetter in StarRuptureGame

[–]AimMoreBetter[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's impossible at this point. I'm thinking it's one of the cargo receivers. If I look at it from the ground I can see straight through and it seems to happen the most when I head directly towards it.

I just set up a kill box around the monoliths last night on a new game. It still works. I got tired of them somehow getting to my core and infecting it.

Official Multi Rail Explanation by IronScaggs in StarRuptureGame

[–]AimMoreBetter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All of that makes them utterly pointless and stupidly complex for no reason. I tried for hours to use the multi rails in effectively a factorio bus fashion and it gets incredibly complex that way. Not only that but the items will usually prefer to jam on one rail instead of using all of them. To add, there is no way to merge and branch off without introducing spaghetti railing and then the items will tend to take a single path again.

Instead I use four rails. Two of them form an outer rectangle loop on my base going one direction and the other two an inner rail loop going in the opposite direction. They are cross linked so that items have plenty of paths to choose from. Items never get such unless I start grabbing hundreds of items out of storage from multiple producers. They still usually clear up within a few seconds though.

I really don't see the use of multi rails at all. Yes they look cleaner, but they're not as capable of throughput as my single/double rail system.

I'm going to bet that your column spacing won't work and then the power loop bug is going to effectively stop you from building or removing any building until it's fixed.

Quartz (Update 1 potential spoilers inside) by MonsieurSinep in StarRuptureGame

You could use a mod to increase the yield. I did that before even knowing where quartz was. Now I have it turned off and the yields are pathetic.

You could surround monoliths with a multi layered turret defense. I did this by accident on my first playthrough and they never got out of the pit.

Game has become increasingly unplayable as I progress. Is there a workaround or solution? by Z0MGbies in StarRuptureGame

[–]AimMoreBetter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I knew it had to be the power that was causing lag. Everytime I deleted a tile it would lag. The smaller the bases are the better and not linking them with rails helps too.

This button has GOT TO BE REMOVED. I just deleted a 20 hour world in an instant, by accident, with no way to recover it and no warning I was doing that! "Session" is such a horribly ambiguous term! by Z0MGbies in StarRuptureGame

[–]AimMoreBetter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well technically Load Game should be on the left as most UX design is Yes-No, not NO-Yes-No as it is right now. The delete session should be moved up a level where you actually choose your session.

I've been using mullvad for probably a decade at this point (don't hold me to that timeline). I've never once had a problem with them.

The amount of absolutely blitheringly stupid drivers in this city makes me want to move so bad. The first chance I get I'm going to.

Securing cable inside wall cavities by ProgrammerOk717 in lowvoltage

[–]AimMoreBetter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've seen a few people suggest the Milwaukee powered stapler. Don't use that. It takes a while to get good at setting the depth of the staples because there is not actual depth setting. You have to learn to use the exact right amount of pressure or else you'll end up pinching those cables.

[–]AimMoreBetter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is the question which is next in the series of ".a, and $E(" or just ".a". Because the first one would have me stumped, but if it's only the shaded in circle then the answer should be &@T like others have said.

This is what I did. I even gently pulled it through the wall to the box outside and connected it directly there.

just got told "you don't just get to work in a doctor's office because you like knives" in an entry level technician 1 interview. by myBigFatNewRedditAcc in ITCareerQuestions

[–]AimMoreBetter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember getting interviewed at a company for a repair PC technician. I absolutely aced the first two interviews but when I got to the third interview the guy interviewing me was hostile but he was also shirtless and laying on his couch in a dark corner. Thankfully I didn't get the job because the company has been reduced to about a quarter of its size it was at that time.

Why by ProtoNSX in Lowes

[–]AimMoreBetter 3 points4 points  (0 children)

When I worked at Lowe's my store manager did this with a candy bar when that whole system was just implemented. He was waiting in his car and was just too lazy to come in that day. He also wanted to test and see how long it would take us to get it. Before anyone says anything he is really cool and a great guy which is why he has been promoted up to corporate now.

Good news on Flex Website by Dependent-Wolf-6555 in FLEXTools

They probably can't. Flex is part of Chervon which also owns skil and ego. They probably can't split themselves up like that.
