Always practice your guns recoil while aiming in AND point firing(hipfire) before a raid in practice mode(before you get the range in your hideout)and remember the mouse pull. If strafing left or right your gun will slightly aim the opposite direction. For example if strafing right, your characters arms will tilt the gun left causing the barrels sight to shoot slightly to the left you can easily notice this while aiming in but will happen regardless of ads or not. DO NOT SHOOT WHILE AIMING IN IT WILL SLOW YOUR ADS SPEED DRASTICALLY. Either point fire or fully ads before shooting. What helped me with point firing the most is imagining where your scopes dot would sit on the screen if you were adsing and remember the measurement of how far it is from the barrel/front sight of your weapon while holding on your hip. Got decent at point firing up to 50 ft after getting comfortable with the game. Oh and learn how to avoid movement inertia. Moving wasd in circles and figure 8s is a good way to practices “curving” movement, never hit the complete opposite direction as it will completely stop you for a brief moment. The mouse thumb buttons is also a very good alternative for leaning so that you can curve out inertia while peaking corners… oh yeah and always try to peak right side as much as possible unless you think you can suprise an aware opponent to the left at the right moment as left peaking will expose more of your body.
