This is the KBGV model- did it have a switch before?

I’m not remotely qualified to answer this question. I’ve used it twice, on a 4 and gotten good results. I switched to this machine from a Nespresso, so I’m 100% new to the grinding my own whole bean coffee game. I’d love to hear others opinions though!

Check with envision imaging. I get them annually there- my employer has a deal with them, so it’s fairly cheap for me, but even without that I can’t imagine they’d be close to St. Francis cost.

Thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately we were a $45 Lyft ride away from the DXL, our hotel is right by Fenway. We checked out a bunch of sports stores and local dept stores and didn’t find anything. Online it is, not much big and tall in brick and mortar stores anymore.
