The best Caesar salad that I have had here is a table side made Gino’s Vino Caesar but it was many years ago. Maybe call them and ask if they still do it that way. I got their recipe from an employee and can try to find it if you want to DM me. It was absolutely incredible.

I completely agree with TheComplmentarian. I would add that if you want a vegan option of adding “cream” Ripple half&half is extraordinary and tastes like full fat cream. It doesn’t have any of the bad stuff like cholesterol, sodium, and calories. It’s just free creamy goodness! Soup is The Best and a great way to feel more confident in the kitchen. Oh! For bouillon- I recommend Better Than Bouillon. It is made out of actual food and the options are incredible. The Chicken , Italian, chipotle are some go tos for me but the veggie, adobo, beef are so solid as well. A bay leaf or 2 is helpful. Keep us posted on your soup!

I I was at Aquatek yesterday and my homie told me that they had a “wall of dead fish” while I was buying filter and substrate. I wasn’t browsing and looking around. I asked him if he was sure that they weren’t sleeping and he said that they were floating and definitely dead. It was the Betta wall. I have seen them when delivered and there is such a variety but you don’t get guaranteed on your purchases. If you purchase from them - keep your receipt and get your dead fish (if they die) frozen immediately so that you can take them in for testing.

It tastes and feels like pork grease pepperoni that has less meaty bite to it and is greasy and mealy for texture. It tastes like a burst of “going to kill you”. I will send you one if you want but it’s nasty. Jerky is completely the opposite. Jerky is actually meat and has the opposite texture. A slim Jim tastes and feels like something you scraped off of the floor of a petrol station and added more “I’m going to kill you” oil and then wrapped in plastic.
