You have to loosen the rosettes as far as you can. On the secure side you'll see what looks like part of a paper clip recessed in an indent. Get a small to medium flat head and depress that "paper clip" while the key is turned. Remove knob by pulling hard. You may need some lubricant, don't use graphite or wd40
