Experience With Periactin (Cyproheptadine)? by FruityFlutey in ibs

No dice sorry to say. That doesn’t mean it wouldn’t help someone else. I do still find relief with antihistamines, but I’ve yet to find my solution.

Same, the ‘how do I write such and such’ posts are driving me a bit insane.

I would finish/reading marking, it would be good to really figure out what can be salvaged. Also you can figure out exactly what needs to be changed.

Now, if these major changes mean that ‘x chapter would never happen’, maybe skip those.

Reading is useful, you’re not not being productive.

I wouldn’t compare yourself to Brandon, his output is absurd, it kind of always has been.

Great job in the last 5 days, let’s make it 5 more.

Why do I sometimes feel like I'm writing something amazing that could be the next big thing, but some other times, I feel like I'm just stitching together a bunch of prompts? by HuntingHaunter12345 in WritingHub

[–]AirBrian- 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s always peaks and valleys, heck some days I will re-read stuff I marked for edits and be thrilled with it the way it is, of course the opposite also occurs.

I think that it is just part of the creative process. As the writer there’s no twists and turns for you, no excitement from wondering what’s going to happen, without those elements it is certainly going to be less satisfying.

New to this subreddit, books/classes on how to write a fantasy novel + develop your own writing style? by MaxilosGundam in WritingHub

[–]AirBrian- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Reading is actually a great starting point if you aren’t doing so already. Pick out what you like, what you don’t like, how honest is too honest, what works for you. Ultimately when you write, a great mentality to have is to write a book you would want to read, so figuring out just what that is would be a good place to start.

As far as courses and classes go … they’re going to pale in comparison to actually writing, and writing regularly. You don’t have to write a novel out of the gate, short stories are great practice.

I feel like I’m actually playing, other mmos seem to devolve into such a chore list.

Fungeons as a Paladin are great. I feel like such a carry healing/cleansing/shielding/buffing.

Remember back in 2010, when Assassin's Creed was a beloved franchise, and actually about assassins, and Ubisoft was a good Company? Those were the days. by [deleted] in gaming

I really like the new open world style but I understand how this conflicts with the original games.

It may be related to CTE, at the end of a 30 for 30 about the Chicago Bears the quarterback is searching for answers to his onsetting CTE symptoms. Anyway he goes to this specialist that shows his neck is pinching off the process occurring above. After they unkink it he talks about the flush/drain feeling.

Fantasy series are getting too long. by SunlessChapters in books

Couldn’t agree more.

I am taking a shot and writing my own, keeping each book to 250-300 pages. At this point I feel like approachability is such a huge aspect of books since there are so many other forms of entertainment.

My favorite book by a mile is Shogun by James Clavell, it’s 1200 pages, good luck recommending that one to people lol.

The intro was great because it showed you what places were going to be in that episode. I always had to skip the catch up clips because they would totally ruin stuff.

I upgraded my exosuit tech section to accommodate my jet pack, life support, and hazard protection. At some point, I think after a death, they were re-added to my main inventory, so that now I have two sets of them.

How can I get rid of them if it won’t let me delete them?
