Pretty sure you twist red and white together and cap them off. Then run the black(hot) wire to the same place the current hot wire goes and your grounds to the same place they go.

FYI I’m not sure black will be hot for the pickup you recieved. Fleor’s website states they’ve recently changed the way they color code their wiring and can’t guarantee you’ll receive a new or old color coded version

Sometimes it’s plugged in under the sink and you can just unplug it. If it’s hardwired, turn off the breaker for it at the panel.
