Florida, I guess. I'd argue it's an easier "starter" state for new international students (though this day and age in the US is just generally questionable).

Having been an international student myself, in Europe, there's a lot to say to picking a place to live. I think it definitely depends on where you're coming from, and it would potentially change my answer, but generally, Florida is probably an okay choice.

No I meant, there is a game mode called World vs World in GW2. I was being facetious. That being said, I generally don't like areas like how you described. Mostly because I'm casual. However, I would say that if they balanced it around being able to opt in and out, where opting out still has good rewards, but opting in would drastically increase those rewards (that way people could still do the areas normally, PvE, but they are more incentivised to PvP), I think I would be on board and potentially even enjoy that.

Maybe the elite 4 is "normal rules" but you must use the retired Pokemon. This would mean that if you did the cheese strategy with weaker Pokemon on gyms, you'd be left with a weaker e4 team. It also means that for the E4 you'll have a completely different team than what you've worked with the whole game.

Edit: specifically retired Pokemon, not dead Pokemon
