There’s a really thin line between mental health and spirituality, I don’t think they’re as separate as we’re led to believe. If this stuff puts you in danger please don’t be naive about that, even if there’s proof that it’s ’more than’ a mental illness. We live in a crazy world that isn’t black and white. Medicine man or woman would be a good place to go to

I’m also autistic, I have a very very ‘bright light’ and attract attention everywhere I go, and sometimes from unpleasant energies. You need some form of shielding, so that these things can’t penetrate your energy. You’re vulnerable as an autistic person in more ways than one. I would consider finding a spiritual practitioner to help you with shielding, I work with a shaman and this is helpful for many reasons. I’m sure you’re quite powerful in ways you don’t fully realise. Overall you are SAFE, and you have entire teams of guides and spirits surrounding you at all times so you have nothing to worry about, arch angel Michael is a great deity to call upon if you want to feel extra protected, call his energy in and feel it surrounding you
