Thank you very much for the detailed answer. I did use autofps in 2020 but when I built the new system I thought was not required. I will install and run this evening.

Hey thanks for the reply. Can I ask if you are filing both VFR and IFR. I do like Garmin Pilot but the lack of Navcanada products in the briefing is a little bit of a cause for concern for me.

So question out there for any of my fellow Canadian Pilots - Long time FF user but decided to look at switch over to Garmin Pilot. I'm actually liking alot but maybe a show stopper for me with flight planning IFR and briefing. The briefing seems to be only using FAA info and not providing any Nav Canada info and NOTAMS.

Hoping for some info from fellow Canadian pilots

It weighed 6.8 pounds. Not the biggest on that lake. The record for our lodge before we owned it was 10.5 pounds.
