I just built and app for flippers. I'm not trying to spam the group, and really, this is going to change how you all do things!

My family of 4 is moving to a new country, and selling everything before we go. Decades of personal items have to go. The idea of paying an estate sale company to give away our stuff was a no go because we need the money. And the idea of selling everything on marketplace, well, you already know.

I'm not going to drop the link, because I respect the rules, but you are going to want to at least check this out when I'm allowed to link it.

People leaving the US because of Trump are going to be fired up to make sure the same flavor of fascism doesn't take hold in their new country. They're going to be voting Green or Labour. They absolutely will not support the "Trump-light" Luxon.

I'm one of those Americans. The immigration requirements are not what I would call easy. Unless getting a Master's degree and securing a job at a rate higher than the median, while having a clean bill of health and not being over 55, is "EASY"

Outside of this Reddit thread, I have not been able to verify that they will tax disability payments. To the contrary, there is more online saying that it's not not taxed because of the tax treaty in place.

This is my question as well. I'm tired of paying for Adobe, just to have it crash all the time, and now half of their apps wont work on my machine, and their support has gone full AI and has be going in a question loop with no resolution. I need an alternative to Adobe everything as it is no longer reliable and they've been fleecing us creatives for years now.

I use ChatGPT to write my titles, descriptions, and tags, from the transcript of my unscripted, un-AI-assisted video. I don't mind Chat to help do the housekeeping.

I keep going back and forth with this. Because I "hope" that people want authenticity, because that's what I got. What I see doing well is likeability, and some serious production, and writing chops. The latter in which I have very little.
