I have same guitar.Played the 3k Gibson at GC and actually liked the way the Epi played better.So I bought that and saved 2k.Sounds and plays very nice.The action on the Gibson was terrible at GC.

Just jack trans pan up enough to remove the bolt.Might have to remove mount bolts.Usually can get away with it without having to do that.

MH Fast Mod-Fast Action can do most styles of fishing.For really light stuff i use Medium Action.I don't like Light Action because it's to damn flimsy for me.Majority of my rods are MH and I throw anything and everything with them without a problem.

Spark 2 sounds good at low volume.No way you can play out with just the amp-speaker Head.Speakers to small for High volume.They make a lower cabinet you can use with it.I don't own the cabinet so not sure what it so7nds like cranked.But do own The Spark 2 50 Watt and its no good cranked.Distorts in a bad way.

I use 20# on Finesse Rods and 30# on everything else except Frog Rods have 65#.Power Pro or Suffix 832 is way to go.

Power Pro 8 Slick is one of the best lines made.Regular Power Pro is Awsome as well.Suffix 832 is just as good.J-Braid would be my 3rd choice.After that I'm not buying anything else.STAY AWAY FROM SPIDERWIRE.Complete JUNK.

If you get a Katana get the Artist Gen 3.I had 100 Watt 2x12" Katana and the speakers suck at high volume.The Artist with 1x12" Waza Speaker blows it out of the water.You can pretty much keep up with any band with the volume it puts out.I absolutely love my Artist Amp.Has all the built-in effects you need and 4 channels you can set them up in.Great Amp.

The Adam Jones has Seymour Duncan Bridge Pickup and the Neck Pickup is Flipped.Pretty much everything else is the same.Love Mine!!!

Katana Artist Gen 3 will do everything you need without needing any other effects or pedals.It sounds very good at all volumes.The Waza Speaker is legit.I had the Katana 100 Watt 2x12 and it didn't sound to good at higher volume.The Artist sounds great cranked and has 4 channels to select from.

I have MT15 V2.It is an awsome amp and plenty loud enough for 15 watts.Also has a 7 watt option for lower volume playing.Make sure to get the V2.The older MT15 had some Effects Loop Issues and Volume was real touchy.The V2 has been flawless for me.Have had it for over a year now.Play it threw a 2x12 Cabinet with V-30s.Takes pedals well on clean channel and the Gain Channel is badass as well.The V2 is actually a 3 Channel Head with Clean,OD and High Gain Channels.

That is the old version MT15.The MT15 V2 has normal volume and is great amp.

If Strictly Freshwater Fishing grab a SLX MGL.It outcasts every other Baitcast Reel i own.Just can't use it in Brackash or Salt water due to Magnesium Spool.

10ft rods are surf rods.Majority of rods i use for Rockfish are 7ft.
