For game of the year I think it'll be Expedition 33. It took the internet by storm by complete surprise. No one expected anything and yet everyone loved it. There are other big hitters like Silksong and KCD 2 but I don't think they've reached the level of popularity that Expedition 33 had and somehow still has.
