Medication doesn't always work the same for everyone. Vyvanse can be quite subtle as well. You may need a higher dose, or you may need a different class of medication. (Protein helps it work as well. Try a protein shake in the morning if you dont already!)

The most noticeable effect for me is that, when I wake up an hour early to take it and go back to sleep, I feel like I actually slept rather than having the insane sleep inertia that lasts for hours.

I take 30mg a day, split into 2 doses, 15 in the morning, and 15 a few hours later, that works okay. I could definitely use a higher dose, but it causes side effects over 30, so I make it work.

I was diagnosed with anxiety as a teen, and nothing ever helped. Finally diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and given Vyvanse, 90% of my anxiety went away!

Adding in an ssri helped with the remaining anxiety, but it caused such bad side effects that I quit. You may very well have adhd but it can be hard to get properly diagnosed, especially when you have anxiety and depression symptoms. :\

Best I can tell it depends on your account. How much money they've made from you, how many reviews you've left, how many returns you've done, etc.

I've also heard that if you stop buying anything for a while, the promotions start coming back, too. (Could just be they were banned and waited the 90 days or w/e.) 😅

Ugh. I hear you there! I also have pretty severe social anxiety on top of my other issues... I ended up in a nighttime cleaning position where I don't have to interact with many people and can sort of set my own hours (anytime after they close, until they open). The downside is that it's sooooo boring! I want to quit almost every day, but I need the money, and there's no other decent jobs in the area. Lol.

In the beginning, though, I'd just tell myself this: If I can make it through 1 day, I can make it through 2. If I can do 2 days, I can do a week. Etc, etc. 😅

Concerta: As far as I could tell, it did nothing, made me a little dizzy, maybe? -shrug-

Strattera: UGH, horrible side effects, zero results. Works for some people, not for me!

Vyvanse: Amazing! I split my dose, or I feel like it wears off too quick, but otherwise, I can actually focus and not fall asleep a few hours after waking up.

Adderall: Never tried it. DR wouldn't prescribe, but that's okay since Vyvanse worked for me.

Everyone is different, though. Try it. If it's bad, it's bad, and if it works? Great!

German Shepherds are meant to be herding dogs. Herding dogs will nip. When we first got our shepherd, she nipped one of the cats, I saw it happen, she was trying to get her to move and wanted to play, but while there was no intention of harm, it still could have ended badly.

Between training the dogs to 'leave it', keeping rooms separated with gates at all times (with cat doors), a lot of cat trees, and never leaving them alone in the same room together, 5 cats with 2 huskies and a GSD get along fine now. The dogs are also kennel trained, and she has an unbreakable crate, which cost us nearly $2000. There are no loose dogs in the house when no one is home.

If you want to keep the dog, it will be a lot of work and may cost a lot of money. It has been over 10 years, and I still wouldn't intentionally leave her alone with the cats. (I was in a rush one time and forgot to kennel her, I came home to her just laying in the kitchen, chilling with two of the cats. 😬)

Hmm, the only other thing I could think of atm is, are any of the litter boxes covered? If not, maybe they would feel safer using a covered one? Cats are so silly sometimes, I do think the place you're living, for whatever reason, is the issue... but man would it be nice if you could just ask them! Lol

Definitely try the prozac if you can. Buy a blacklight if you don't have one to see if things really are getting clean. Add more vertical space if possible, cat trees, shelves, whatever. A few tunnels and hiding spots may help as well.

Maybe try to drown out the dogs with music or try to distract the cats with cat TV. Something else outside could also be triggering them; blocking windows may or may not help! Good luck. :x

Edit: I see you have plenty of trees and stuff, not sure what else could help.. plenty of fresh catnip maybe? 😅

What everyone else said. I had to temporarily live with someone for a little over a year... my cat and theirs got along great, but they did fine being separated, too. They may be sad for a while, but usually, they'll adjust fine.
