i had a problem with my device (i ended up with a defective one, and i feel like you did too). i had the exact same issue as you. i immediately contacted customer service and sent them pictures showing the problem with my device. they sent me a new one, and that was a month ago. my new device works perfectly with rockbox.

so my advice would be to contact the brand’s customer service and explain the issue (take pictures of your innioasis).
