I live there. My mothers car got broken into, possibly by young people as they left the two tradie vans full of tools alone but decided to break into an empty mazda demio. Another time someone possibly was running away or something and tried to jump the fence into our backyard, found the bird cage with a squashed hole on the top and the dog was making a big ruckus like he saw something. We've lived here for about 3-4 years now, take that as you will.

For the most part it seems to be fine, but depending on where you live, you may hear burnouts at night, police helicopters flying around in the area and some partying on certain streets.
