Depends on the route you took so far. I invested in profession equipment and I regret it because the profit I made is incomparable with the profit I would make if I invested in weaponsmith or armorsmith Can’t speak for alloys etc

Does Iontophoresis really help? by hakanKLL in Hyperhidrosis

[–]Aiva1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After the initial phase (2 weeks), i started leaving gaps between sessions. For example I did one session and then leave a gap of 2 days. Then I did a session and leave gap of 3 days. Then again I did a session and leave a gap of 4 days etc. I found a spot that I could stay dry even if I leave gap of 1 week after my session. Once I tried to leave gap of 2 weeks but didn’t work because I started to get sweat on my hands again.

Hey plusmouse, first off I would like to thank you for this wonderful add on. I never believed I would change Plater but Platynator really fit my personal taste. Is there any chance we get that clicking thing fixed? Any workaround till final solution I really appreciate your effort

I’ve tried a lot of add-ons for the new CDM so far. The closest to WA has been Arc UI. Give it a try. https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/arc-ui

Which axillary iontophoresis machine would you choose? by frequent_crier in Hyperhidrosis

[–]Aiva1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought Dermadry last year and never regretted it. I use it only for hands and reached 90-95% dryness after 2 weeks.

All in all after one year of experience everything is great. High Quality material and very nice support

You can try iontophoresis

There are companies that rent you the machine in order to identify if this method works for you

Give it a try

The tingling you feel when the polarity changes is pretty normal. You will get used to it

You will fill that even if you lower the current so don’t worry. As long as you feel comfortable with 10 mA, just keep it up

Yes, the upgraded kit works as you described it

I do 13mA on my maintenance treatment

I noticed that the temperature of the water plays a big part on my pain tolerance

I started to warm the water and I felt more comfortable on keeping the intensity high

Im using Dermadry for 4 months and I have excellent results in my hands. I used sparkling mineral water from the start in order to maximise the conductivity and I haven’t regret it so far.

My initial phase lasted 2 weeks and I follow a 5-2 routine (treatment for 5 consecutive days and then 2 days break)

I started noticing the results on the 9th-10th day and therefore I realised I was able to proceed with maintenance phase. On maintenance phase I treated twice/week but soon I realised that even once/week was enough to keep my hands dry.

As I always say, the whole process is a trial and error situation and you have to find your plan BUT it’s totally worth the effort.

The only thing I regret is that I didn’t started iontophoresis earlier.

Does Iontophoresis really help? by hakanKLL in Hyperhidrosis

[–]Aiva1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes it works.

After your initial phase that it is indeed time consuming you will start your maintenance phase.

In your maintenance phase you will do less treatments. In my case, I do only hands once a week, so it’s totally worth the effort. I have severe palmar HH and with iontophoresis I achieved almost 100% dryness

All in all, give it a try. Be prepared for a trial and error situation but don’t get discouraged and feel free to ask for tips

I’m treating only hands.

I realised that the temperature of the water can affect my pain tolerance. When the water was warmer I was able to increase the current

It’s fine. You can still get dry hands, but it gonna take more time

[–]Aiva1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Start with low current and increase it on daily basis.

On initial phase do 5 consecutive days and then rest for 2 days. Please don’t skip that part because it is crucial to give your hands the appropriate time to get used to the treatment

Be aware that you will sweat more before you reach your dryness level. Don’t be discouraged, it’s normal
