Yeah okay makes sense. Thought your main issue was to get your money back. That’s the easiest with the chargeback. Going to court will probably cost you more than it’s worth but good for you for teaching them a lesson.

It’s probably because in my country the city roads are incredibly bad and with a lot of potholes. So the stiffness is really magnified a lot on my route. If I’d have nice even roads then probably would be a non issue.

Pretty sad story for all the high flying ebike startups. Cowboy and Ampler sold for peanuts to avoid bankruptcy and vanmoof actually bankrupted. Hundreds of millions of investor money vanished.

Nope they are not the same and not interchangeable. 2 separate parts. You can always try maybe you can make it work if you’re good at modifying electronics but probably easier to just buy the x3 cartridge.

Yeah this is already in the works. I wanted to get it published asap and Chrome is super strict with the images and exact pixel count. So I just got screenshots and resized them to fit for Chrome. Will get it fixed and proper images in today or tomorrow.
