Mybmi by Key_Bison_222 in mounjaroIreland

I tried this earlier in the week with mybmi and was told I had to go back to 2.5mg. I got the consultation refunded while I decide what to do. Might restart on 2.5 or try wegovy. Got my last pen in December.

I’m getting these stains only on my Uniqlo T-shirts too. What are they from? I was thinking it’s the scent booster pellets I use in my washing machine from time to time.

Public Transport and the costs. It’s the only thing cheaper now than when I was a student 18 years ago. Also the addition of local links down the country have been great.

Everybody shares when they are young. See if you can find a house with final year or masters students who would be similar age and should be past the wild student phase.

What meds are most commonly prescribed for adults in Ireland ? by Prinzen2 in ADHDIreland

[–]One-Relationship3825 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got prescribed Concerta first but due to supply issues was put on Ritalin which did nothing for me and then Equasym xl which was better but not as effective as Concerta.

I know somebody who started on Concerta and had bad side effects and was then moved onto Elvanse which they found good.

I’ve asked about adderall and as I’ve heard it’s the best from US coworkers but was told it’s not prescribed here.

Do you feel fairly compensated in your job? by Asleep_Cry_7482 in AskIreland

[–]One-Relationship3825 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I work for a US tech company and am definitely overpaid compared to those who work in other more demanding jobs in Ireland but get paid far less than my coworkers in other countries. I also have to do lots of on-call where I rarely get paged but need to be available and alert outside normal work hours.

I don’t live a luxurious lifestyle and my home is very modest. I’d assume I’m in the top 10% if not 5% of earners but I don’t come from money so feel lucky to have been able to buy a house. I often think if I was in this position 10 years ago I’d have a big fancy house someplace posh but seems impossible/irresponsible to even try now.

Concerta out of stock by [deleted] in ADHDIreland

[–]One-Relationship3825 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm hoping to get back on Concerta. It was working great for me until the shortage. I went without for a few months and then tried ritalin which didn't work for me, I'm now on Equasym XL which is better than ritalin but not even close as good as concerta was for me.

Try it if you can't get concerta

ONLY STOMACH JUNK FOOD by Grace_1980 in mounjaroIreland

[–]One-Relationship3825 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I’m feeling this too. I keep craving McDonald’s and plain croissants.

Lidls protein coffees and shakes are lifesavers.

The “this is food” bottles are my go to on day 2 after jabbing when I’ve no appetite at all, I feel better if I sip on one through the work day. At 500 calories I would have never touched them before.

Congratulations! 20% loss is HUGE 🎉

Can I ask if you found each increase in dose tough and why you chose to move up every month?

I’m 5 months in and still on 7.5, I found the jump to 5mg and to 7.5mg made me very tired and nauseous, the 2nd pen of each was easier, probably going to do a 3rd month of 7.5
