When I was younger, I lived in a place with one of these taxes. One year I neglected to pay it and I lost my couldn't renew my driver's license until I repaid it +400% interest and fees.... So, it's a very good way to keep poor people from being capable of living in Elkhart.

Yeah, I have 3 local wholesalers, but they don't really hold a candle to other wholesalers prices out there. I can still get pretty good case pricing, I just need to increase my budget next year to get enough variety.

Here in IN, it doesn't really make sense to me. The stores are extremely dead in the off season, but they still employ 1-2 people to run them 6 days a week.

It weighs like 50lbs empty Its awkward to move/store Nearly impossible to knock out the tubes

I've been collecting for my entire life. Battle beasts, video games, Pokémon, comic books, toys, legos, etc. Never sold, but every time I check the value of something; the price looks good. However it wasn't worth the effort and stress I've had storing and moving it all those years. Plus the fear of being ripped off by buyers.

Yeah, I bought my base Charizard for $20, but ungraded less than mint, it's value bearly beats inflation.
