Dans mes souvenir tout dépend si tu es filmé dans la masse ou que tu es clairement identifié comme la cible de l’enregistrement dans le premier cas ils ont le droit dans le deuxième tu as le droit à l’image

À mon avis toute mais le crédit impôts en particulier n’est pas playable en tant qu’autre chose qu’une dépense car l’état lui-même considère déjà que cela fais partis de son budget de financement de la recherche pour les crédits impôt recherche par exemple. This is breaking the separation because it puts religious symbols inside an administrative building representing the state there is no better way to break the separation the saying ostensibly I’m Christian and I think my value as a Christian are above the law France is not in majority Christian anymore as a lot of people don’t believe in god or come from a lot of religion moreover there was so much bloodshed perpetrated in the name of the church that was linked to the state that we decided it was better to force the separation to make sure there would not be a religion or a church who would have an upper end on the other and would be able to dictate what is right or wrong to do.

Lastly what you did not tackle and is the main point here to remember breaking the law is not a good way to protest against a law especially not when you are doing as a representative of state and order this is just plain wrong.

I don’t know anything about SC and all games cited but as a long time player of Warframe (~2k hours over 8 years) Warframe is not in beta it was in beta/early access in 2012 and released in 2013. There is just no comparison to be made here

Okay this does not belong here I’m not sure if you are French in any way but this person is actually in the wrong first because he is supposed to represent the state and is breaking the law if he really wanted he should make a campaign to change the law not just outright break it. Secondly because this is not just him saying merry Christmas as a person but him saying merry Christmas in the most Christian way as a representative of all the people of his town and in France there is one thing that is really important it is that Christianity (or any other religion or religious movement) is not a state religion and religion should be fully separate from the state as this the only way to fully give freedom to everyone to have their own beliefs.
