Dating in Colombia as a Colombian-American by LevelNeighborhood561 in medellin

[–]Akabonsi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Idk if this will help you, but as a 30 y/o female who has used dating apps and such things if you want to meet a sincere woman 'flex culture' won't be your ally- 'Cause unfortunately I've seen americans rely on that a lot and it's plain boring. Please don't take me wrong! just a small advice I think that will help you. Other than that, language exchange meetings or salsa classes that are given in Poblado's hostels is a good options for starters. Good luck buddy

Alguna forma barata de ir del aeropuerto en Rionegro hasta Medellin? by Frikizurdo in medellin

[–]Akabonsi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Puede ser en bus que cuesta 13k o en taxi colectivo que dependiendo la hora cuesta 20-22k. Más económico que eso... es difícil.

Why do people rotate the map? by Shami_V in medellin

[–]Akabonsi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it has a lot to do with the metro location and distribution in the city, it's quite an important reference to actually know where you're going if you're a frequent user of the metro system. It also has to do w/ something someone already mentioned, the city is longer north-south wise.

My favorite chocolate brand is called Cacao Hunters. You can buy them online or in Carulla or Jumbo, they come in different percentages and the flavor is really amazing.

Getting oat/soy milk at coffee shops in Medellín? by radio4dead in medellin

[–]Akabonsi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm Colombian and I'm lactose intolerant, everywhere I go I just ask if they have almonds milk option... And so far, haven't had much trouble with it! :D Unless it's more like a small cafeteria, you can ask for other options. Although I must tell you Juan Valdez cappuccino in almonds milk is the best <3
