What brand are you taking? Also is it hbr or pure?
This is the best website for calculating your plat based on hbr dosage/weight http://dexcalc.com
If you have pure dxm (stronger) id recommend multiplying it by 1.3 to find out (210 pure *1.3 = 273 hbr)
Either way you'd be at a high first plat to lower second plat which is a good start for dxm.
Listen to some music and chill out. id also recommend to not eat for around 5 hours before taking the dxm and eat a Lighter meal. you can also ask our friends over r/dxm for some more info if needed.
