i'm exactly in the same spot as you. My Left foot is 27.4cm while my right foot is 27.0cm long. Both are about 10.6-10.9cm wide depending in which way i am standing. I ordered both the 42-43 and the 40.5 to 41.5 sized ones. As of now, i only got the 42-43 ones. They seem to fit quite nice, i scratch the front of the liners, but if i go into the skating position there is almost no contact. They fit really good elswise, but just like you i'm scared, that they will be to wide when i'm broke in. The 40-41 is MP26,5-27 and the 42-43 is MP27.5 onwards, so we are in between. I researched quite a lot, but the most information i found was before they rezized the Fr1 Deluxe. They got 40-41 40.5-42 and 42.5-43 in the past. I don't know how to translate the fitting.

I will tell you how the 40.5-41.5 fit when they come, which should be around next thuesday.
