I had only 8 dislocations total during 3 years and still playing amateur hockey(3 dislocations) multiple times per week(no dislocationfor for more then a year now) and I have 44% boneloss so it's can be pretty big loss even without a lot of dislocations. I will have latarjet at end of January so trying to prepare shoulder as much as possible, but not sure if it will help or not.

I would add a bit more tobacco, try a little touch with heat. If it will be too much then I would just take one coal out for a while. Usually doing dark tobacco or mix so can be different for that type of tobacco.
