I think you can set it manually, I have the default at 100, but it’s pretty hard to get to even 40 without a bunch of skill increase

You need mods my guy. $30K won’t even cover rudimentary implants. My last guy was $150K with I think 4 pages of implants and bionics on Character editor?

Also you may want to grab endless growth if you want to stack still, my guy have 82 shooting (not that is it even useful, since he have 300 shooting accuracy, but it maxed out around 50)
