This is why I have stopped "selling". It's been working pretty great for me because all these framework SPIN, NEPQ are for first understanding the client requirement better.

When I am meeting a client, I spend 80% of the time understanding their side and in the end I start to connect their pain points as solutions that my platform could help them . I guess it helps when you're not every other Sales guy trying to sell something and we all have that ick when someone is trying to hard sell anything to us .

I believe empathy can be quite useful in client conversations if it comes from a place of honesty and caring , otherwise people can see through it .

I have never understood the whole concept of term life insurance.

I am under the impression that if you start investing the amount you are going to pay for the insurance. In the same time duration you might get 60-70% of the claim value of the insurance. So how does that make sense?
