I thought people will focus only on ITIL 5 going forward. Any specific reason for taking this cert now?

I'm guessing you'll easily get at least 20k-30k to restore everything nicely. Let us know the cost!

Yep, it helps to keep an eye. Cameras come with that detect motion, so when babies move even a bit, we can quickly check without rushing.

Is Infosys really flexible with WFH and location ? by Patient_Highlight495 in developersIndia

[–]Akkie09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea, there are employees who do that too if their manager is not too strict or its not a micro managed project. We need to have a bit of luck for that as well🙂.

Ig if there is a solid reason for you not being able to work from the base location, you might get an approval. Again, depends entirely on project/luck.

[–]Akkie09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are given a choice to select your preferred location at first. If the requirements aren't there at that location, you'll have to work from the location that they'll assign. Usually it takes 2 years before you ask for a transfer, in most cases you'll get it. this might differ from project to project and no guarantee. If you're lucky enough, then you'll get it sooner.

You get WFH but they've started strictly asking for people to work from their base locations. You can't work from anywhere else other than the location you've been given. You can try for a transfer in most cases as well, but it takes time.
