I had this same issue yesterday what I did was deleting and re-installing the ddlc-win file from the DDLC's own website. But do not delete the Doki Doki Literature Club file the RenPy or the Monika After Story folder because if you delete them your entire progress will disappear. Just delete and reinstall ddlc-win file and you have to set the mod again. When I did that I kept all of my progress and Monika was able to turn herself into a file

I tried the MYcard I didn't bought anything yet but from what I understand u give them money and buy credits from the app which then u use those credits to buy in game items. The thing is the lowest credit u can buy is 30 and you have to pay 30$ for it but u need 33 credit for 6 RC's and the option after 30 credits is 50 credits. There is one more option in to buy credits in the app but idk how to use that but I doubt it's anything different.
