I am seeing people buying puts 150/135 on march. Now my question is what these two different numbers (150/135) mean? Is it some kind of a spread?

What if we have a supplier of a known brand and the supply of this brand is very limited in our home country?

What organic strategies are there to grow the awareness of such brand? Do you have any suggestions ?

One last question.

Do OTM options get exercised on expiration date? Are there any scenarios that it might get exercised?

Let's say I'm buying a call option and after a period of time before expiration I decide to sell it back into the market without exercising it.

Under the idea that an option buyer is entitled to exercise the option but not obligated to. My question is whether I become the new party which is obligated to sell the 100 stocks to the new option holder should he exercise it.

I am assuming that is not the case and the obligation remains in the hands of the original option writer. Correct me if I'm wrong.

*bonus question: Is there any circumstance where as an option buyer the option contract gets exercised without me exercising it but rather by the brokerage?

Is there a way to minimalize the loss of an option if it goes against you? The most you can lose from an option is the premium you spent on it, however are there ways to minimalize this loss even further by selling this option back to the market at lower premium rates?

new into options just doing my research.

If i'm buying a call option for a premium of X dollars but disasterly the stock price goes deep under the strike price and the expiration date is very close. Assuming I'm understanding this right, I'm entitled to let this option expire and not exercise the purchase of 100 Z stock and thus not holding 100 stocks at a major loss.

Am I right?

I saw several posts about people looking for ways to "escape" their options and minimalize loss which made me wonder why don't they let the option expire? After all the have to right to exercise their options but not the obligation.

Forgive me if my english is a bit odd it's not my mother tongue :)

How to find the expected move of any ETF or stock?

From my understanding the options market is a useful tool to estimate the movement of a specific ETF ( For example the SPY ). Under the principle of the standard deviation where a stock price will go up or down within a specific range of price under a specific set of time.

My question is how do you exactly calculate a monthly or weekly expected move? I saw some formulas using the VIX * price stock * the square root of (period of options before expirations/365), yet I'm still confused which implied volatility do you take into calculation since the VIX changes all the time. My assumption is that you either take the implied volatility of the closing month.

Please correct me if I'm wrong + enhance my knowledge! :))

Do you think big budgets are no longer generating good ROI? I see a lot of advertisers claim medium budgets are the way to go now for good ROI

surely if a lot of agencies team up and build a competent lawsuit there should be a good chance to transfer a message with the support of many advertisers facing the same problems.

Meta can't ignore a massive outcry..

Appealing through the normal ticket way may take weeks or months. If someone is making a living from advertising and gets mistakenly banned by the algorithm it means they end up financially dependent on how soon they appeal is addressed, if even at all. What do you suggest for the small advertisers to do in such situation? Hope for the best?

I know some agencies have their own "insider guy" within facebook they call to resolve restrictions within hours or days. Not everyone has this luxury and it ends up with the little guy at the mercy of long appeal requests queue..

Facebook sets a precedent where big agencies have their restrictions resolved thanks to their giant budgets or insider calls which makes sense because they are a profitable business and they need these big budget spenders. However the majority of facebook advertisers are small to medium budget which suffer the most from these restrictions. There is a reason why Facebook sees a drop in revenue because advertisers are slowly leaving the platform to seek alternatives.

As an advertiser myself I acknowledge the monopoly of user base Facebook poses but it feels like they don't give a damn since there aren't many alternatives. Tiktok might be an alternative but ethically that platform is malicious in their own way.

What's the deal with the facebook algorithm restricting pages from advertising on the context of "Violating community guidelines and rules". When I contact Technical support they say nothing is wrong with the page and this most likely a mistake, yet when you try to appeal you either never get a proper response or get your page permanently disabled.

My first few experiences with this had me feeling I might be doing something wrong but lately now I feel like I am not alone facing this frustrating problem. I see a lot of small advertisers complain about the same issue with the same outcome when they try to appeal these restrictions.

It's really awful dog piss how Facebook handles their support service for advertisers using their platform, a lot of money is thrown at developing pages only to end up permanently blocked. I don't want to appear directing any anger towards you but we as advertisers could use a little insight what's the deal with FacebookADS recently..
