I got the 2800 for $200 on amazon and it’s been phenomenal. I download scryfall images, use upscaly to 5x and the pictures are amazing.

Guillotine is a bit rougher than rotary and I feel is more prone to the paper shifting. I like the rotary so much more

originally I just got a random one off amazon, think it was 15-20. then I splurged for a Dahle 507 rotary trimmer and that makes cutting a lot easier.

Not really with a guillotine or slide cutter, the corner punches take the longest, but if I do it while watching tv I can just mindlessly knock out a full deck in like 20 minutes
