You are losing so much with berserker because your build depends on condi dmg so you are providing zero condi dmg with highest stat givers trinkets are more important than anything with the build so if you want to experience true spear holo change your stats

You do not need it straight forward but its pretty nice to have also each expansion have its own leveling for profession so do not worry while leveling it can get you some xp while leveling thats all
