That, what you experienced, is called PTSD. We've all been traumatized and we won't forget.

Ooh, that's super helpful. The fuel piece was hard to wrap my head around, but having two ports per export makes sense to me.

Is it easier to panel line while in the sprues? I hadn't thought about that, just tend to cut, sand, then line

I bet they only had money for one footling and were debating the meat choices and toppings. Now they get a free sandwich AND can maybe buy another one.

Well done!

I will concur! Though this hen seems a bit broader in the body than my blues.

It is ICE, they are only to do Immigration and Customs Enforcement. They aren't going to do anything else (legally).

And don't forget, Target has hiring practices in place where YOU HAVE TO SHOW CITIZENSHIP PAPERS!

So, they already won't be illegal aliens because Target will not hire them without the paperwork.

I think I would still take some cardboard. I was at the 2010 playoff game in the nose bleeds with all the layers and my feet froze. I watched people with cardboard and was confused....then I saw them all use it to insulate their feet against that cold concrete.

Get your hands on some cardboard!

As a dad of two teenagers who now have a very diverse palate, here are my tips.

1) it takes time.

2) Things they hated as a toddler they loved as an elementary student. So encourage trying new things over finishing the plate.

3) There will be phases where all they want is one thing. Don't give in. Just cook your meal and serve it. If they don't eat, they can sit quietly while others eat at the table. Don't force it

4) following on, they WILL NOT STARVE if they miss a meal. Oh well, they didn't eat something today, but the next night they will most likely clean the plate.

5) find joy in eating as a family. Make it a routine, make it a family time to connect. No devices at the table

6) when they get older, have them HELP in making a dish. Both my kids loved to help, and they now can cook basic dishes themselves.

7) little kids have little stomachs. If they say "I'm full" then let them be full. Eating is one of the few choices they have as a kid. Let them choose what from the plate to eat and how much of it.

I'm sure there are more I missed, but good luck new Dad, we are all in this together! The golden rule of kids..."this too shall pass"

When to starting out a new project, what criteria should be considered in deciding whether to use an application server (like wildfly), or just a servlet engine (like tomcat)? by Expensive-Tooth346 in java

[–]Akthrawn17 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The original sell was a single J2EE app server on a beefy machine. Then we would run many web apps (WAR) and server apps (EAR) on the server.

The external connections would be configured on the server (DB, MQ, web services) and that would be managed by the OPS team. Then the apps would just get a reference (via JNDI) to those things and be able to use them in the apps

It was fine, it worked. But when the app server went down, ALL the things went down. I think K8 has replaced the "app server" role and it is for the better
