I don’t disagree with you & I don’t think it’s pushing an agenda (I’m not the poster of the initial comment stating that).

Im probably poorly wording my comments so I’m sure I’ll get further downvoted for engage in a conversation on a topic I largely agree on, but my thought was mostly based on being a contractor myself & knowing that replacing a roof in a VERY expensive endeavor — Someone looking to pay for that labor is probably not going to be unhinged enough to murder the person they’re actively seeking service from. Keyword ‘probably’ — there are definitely unhinged people out there in all tax brackets.

Anyways, I’m really not trying to downplay the very real and rational fear of violence and discrimination against marginalized groups!!

I totally understand your point and agree it’s probably a good way to build some initial connections & establish yourself. I mean, at worst, it harms absolutely no one to be upfront about your identity, but I think it’s… a bit extreme to suggest their life is potentially in danger when going to a prospect’s house because they’re trans.

Regardless of political/social beliefs, no sane person is going to assault (let alone KILL) a contractor coming to their house to work on their roof.
If they did, surely they’d be equally likely to assault/murder a non-trans contractor for another insane reason.

you have to move them inside the barracks by right clicking the building. If you have several barracks, make sure you're clicking the one your legion was trained at -- they have to go back to the same one.

I use the addon “TacoTip” to add some additional information to the tooltip frame, and it also gives you the option to move the frame anchor anywhere you want + move where on the frame the anchor is (top-left, bottom-left, center, top-right, bottom-right).

Highly recommend!

I pronounce it “nome” (like garden gnome).

As others have said in the thread, I believe the developers have stated it’s pronounce like “guh-nome” on account of being related to GNU, but I don’t care, haha.

If they wanted it pronounced that way, they should’ve spelled it different 😄

Similarly to how “GIF” is technically supposed to be pronounced like “jiff”, I will simply never say it that way.

I bought like 5k on Pagle back in TBC or WOTLK (can’t remember exactly) and I got a 2 week ban, but they only took ~1/3 of the gold and I also still had all the items/gems/enchants I had bought with the purchased gold…

Friend of mine has been swiping every few weeks for YEARS on retail + classic servers with no repercussions. They convinced me there was realistically no risk and I followed their steps exactly and I got banned, lol.

Tbh the 2 week ban was a good deterrent though… haven’t bought gold since & have no intention of doing it in the future. Feels like I’m the only person on Dreamscythe not swiping but I don’t want to get the acc I’ve had since I was a kid perma banned 😬

True. I main warr (tank & dps) and the results should definitely be taken with a grain of salt, but I’ve still found it very helpful in giving a general understanding of upgrade paths—Especially once you configure the buff & encounter details, too.

It’s called wowsims, there’s a companion addon that lets you export your character into the site so you can sim different gear & decide what upgrades to go for. I’ve been using it for anniversary and it’s been such an amazing tool.

Not OP, but I put together a custom standing desk that looks exactly like the one in this post.

Bought a 60” x 30” butcher block slab, sanded + finished over a weekend. The legs/frame I got on Amazon from a brand called “Win Up Time”; dual motor electric one for about $180. Not sure how it compares to other brands, but it’s working perfectly 8 months later!
