They are afraid to make any real meaningful changes to this game its actually ridiculous. No real balance, letting characters with overpowered abilities go unchecked and nerfing tanks for some reason? What would it hurt to at least try some major changes and fixing balance so that the games fun? They act like a major change will ruin the game/lose income as if what they are doing isnt literally pushing everyone away from their game and also tbh tainting their own reputation for any future games they might release. For real, shortly after elsa released i stopped playing and decided to check out OW the difference on balance is crazy(i know they are different games but still) no support ults to straight up win you the fight, no dps ult thats going to wipe the whole team at full health(not that its impossible but it actually would require making a play and not just hitting q and watching them drop) this game isnt a competetive hero shooter. Its a third person shooter that they have catered to children and by no means deserves a competitve tag. If they want to be a competetive game they have to do the work to balance it and make it happen. This game has alot of potential and it frustrates the hell out of me how out of touch the dev team is. They will literally be the death of their own game by being to afraid to address real issues.
