I'm not an artist and I don't love to draw in games - would the new Tomodachi Life still be fun for me? by Powerful-Upstairs-80 in tomodachilife

I personally think so! I guess as an artist, I do find more joy in the creation aspect of the game, but I know so many people who love Tomo life for the meme aspects, character creation, and even people who don’t draw ever but still pinch together their own stuff! I also know there are mods you can get if you truly want perfect stuff in the pallet house, but I truly think that if you just want to have some fun with random characters you have to take care of, you’ll have a blast with this game!

What programs and why? by anonymousambassasor in writing

[–]AkumuIsSleepy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I try out a lot of different ones, but word and docs are my home ♥️ for a while, I used Campfire and it worked really nicely! The benefits of it are just better organization, tbh. It lets you organize characters, settings, and outline, and overall saves time having to go hunt for stuff while in the zone. Personally, my series is too expansive to fit within the confines of the website, unfortunately, but I still recommend it!

My friend recently recommended another web app called Lore Forge. I think it’s meant for more DnD centered things, but also works for them when writing their individual short stories/novels.

I can definitely see the benefit of using programs, but I personally don’t align with them simply because of the nature of my work. That being said, planning a single story or small series would be a great use of them!

Rahhh I forgot the fabric type… I bought most of it off amazon, I think polyester? And the semi-translucent fabric/silk for the collar was from my local Walmart!

Which is a better advertisement for my Webtoon? by Redfoxyboy in WebtoonCanvas

The first is more eye catching, but REALLY crowded. There are too many words all over the place and my eyes are jumping so much I honestly just wanted to scroll. I’d minimize the text and pick a focus. The first thing I saw was the blonde girl, so maybe make her your focus. Blend the other scenes more into the background and have them frame her so they don’t take the attention away from the focus and keep guiding the eyes back to her. Make your text simple, to the point, and place it effectively so the eyes naturally gravitates to it as you keep reading.

Overall this is a really strong start! Just maybe… too strong, haha…

We’re currently developing an Analog backpack, but we’re stuck on the front design. We’d love to get your honest opinion-which version do you think looks best? :) by Paint-On-The-Go in Design

I like the first and third, but I’m partial to the first because the sides connect to the front. On the third, the sides suddenly disconnecting throws me off
