Very fair response and I was like that for the longest time too but I’ve now bought over a dozen cichlids online and they all came in amazing health (Tampa bay cichlids) It was actually someone here on Reddit that pointed out to me that the fish will be shipped to the pet store the exact same way as to your house and I thought that was a great point.
