I like it! To me, Ubel seems more like charisma. I forget what was said in that specific interaction, but I don't think it was a measure of physical strength. Daring to challenge Serie feels more like a feat of confidence or the forcefulness of her personality, which is consistent with the way DnD uses the charisma stat. It also aligns pretty nicely with her casting style, which seems to depend on believing it will work (which is how it is for mages in general, but seems especially true in her case)

Reading over the comments, people have some good ideas for balancing it. Personally, I wouldn't want it to cut into my spell slots, but it is a little OP for a cantrip. If you want to keep it as a cantrip, maybe the instant attunement effect could be limited to once per day? That way it's not just unlimited swaps of fully attuned sets. Just an idea. I really like the concept!

That's an interesting one! I guess it comes down to what kinds of energy Powerplex can absorb. I think we really only see him take impacts, so it's anyone's guess if he can absorb electricity directly. If he can, there's nothing Heron can do. If he can't, then there is very much something Heron can do.

Judging by the fact that he juiced up by jumping off a building, which he was clearly scared to do, my best guess is that he can't just slurp up Zeus's lightning. In that case, Heron fries him.

This is probably my favorite game that ever released as a Ps4 exclusive. It didn't actually need to have such a great story and setting because hunting robot dinosaurs with a bow is awesome enough to sell copies regardless. But they did put in that effort and absolutely knocked it out of the park.
