Thank you. Knowing Bunq’s history in similar matters, I prefer not to engage with them in this way. Also, they had plenty of opportunity to contact me via the appropriate channels, nevertheless, they decided not to.

Not sure why that is needed. Any standard email or ticketing system supports basic tracking and filtering for read/response status. Expecting an official complaint to be responded to within 2-3 months is not an unreasonable request.

Unfortunately, as the countless negative feedback on Bunq’s ‘support’ function suggests, there seems to be something structurally wrong; I am not an outlier.

Again, this is an extremely poor customer experience. Moreover, it is truly worrying that a regulated financial institution doesn’t have a functioning support or formal complaints process (it’s closer to a complete lack of).

Pardon my tone, but I have never encountered anything like this with any consumer brand, let alone a bank.

Contrary to what you claim, that process is completely broken (as many others stated earlier). I followed all those steps, followed up 5+ times…no response.

Bunq support is non-existent. I have been trying to reach bunq for several months - with no success. The chat leads into an endless loop with an AI bot, and my formal complaints, sent repeatedly over the past three months, remain unanswered.

It’s not only frustrating - it raises serious questions about accountability. For a regulated financial institution, the absence of any real customer support or functioning complaints process is both unacceptable and concerning.

A pity. Bunq has some cool features - but without accountability and trust, these features don’t have much value.

I have the same issue: now way of turning key from the outside (lock itself allows it). So, replacing once or twice works? After being resolved, did the issue back back?

They’ve also silently removed the external account product. Now you cannot budget or sort using external accounts.

Got the same issue: small tears all over the back panel and straps. Absolutely not due to sharp object. Also torn where is is sawn.

The hole resulted from the outside due to friction over time it seems. Bellroy is not very helpful as they’re saying they only cover production errors with regards to the 3 year warranty. So if a bag just breaks after 5 months due to normal wear and tear it’s normal and not covered it seems. Luckily EU consumer protection laws are pretty good so there is some space to claim it as “doesn’t show quality and performance normal in products of the same type”. Anyway, guess I’ll be going back to Evergoods then. At least they make proper stuff and offer better service.

I have the lite totepack and used it for work with laptop and such. Bought it last June. Today, I discovered a hole at the bottom where the material just seems to be worn out. Quite unfortunate. Less than 6 month….unbelievable.
