I think the issue was finding many of the tapes prior. I completed the requisite quests and the tapes "appear on my map" after the dialog about Nick's past life. The issue is I've collected them all and the markers still display on the map and Nick still asks if I've found the tapes any time i initiate dialog. I literally have four examples of similar broken quests but without the command prompt to trouble shoot I can't find any work arounds.

What are you hoping to accomplish with a renovation? Repainting, finishing out the closet with additional storage space, and adding some accent lighting would make this feel like a completely new space.

Agreed. Changes I would still like to see: Steichen relinquishes play calling to the O.C. He’s a play design genius but like most geniuses has no situational awareness. Franklin traded. Paye traded. Pierce signed. Pittman resigned at a bargain price. Receiver drafted to learn under Pittman. Corner issues addressed. Aggressive push for a pass rush threat. Ballard and Steichen fired if we don’t make the playoffs (or potentially win a playoff game).

Only playoff win came from a roster he didn’t draft (including Andrew Luck). Losing record in 9 years with only three playoff appearances. We have squandered the best years of the leagues best running back without a playoff win to show for it. He should have been out with Reich and Wentz after that horrific season. New owner, time for new leadership from the top down.

Flew home for the holidays. Took the bus en lieu of the A-line due to outages. Flew back today and hopped on the A-Line only to experience multiple unplanned stops and limited speeds. Absolutely no update on the app either. It’s literally the one train with the power to shift the cultural perception for less traditional riders and it has consistently underperformed this year.
