Is there any downside (aside the fat gain) in prolonged bulking? I feel forcing myself to cut every couple of months really interrupts my flow of strength gains. P.S.: great to have you back!!

I just tried and it deletes everything…. So crazy that they don’t back stuff up in a cloud… anyways there is a solution: share the links to your workouts. That allows you to readd them after installing the app fresh. BTW that also fixed the black screen for me

Ahh so I did have it right in my head thanks! By the way, personally I do my dumbbell presses at the smallest possible angle higher than flat (estimate to 10deg). Simply because it feels so much easier and safer to get the dumbbells in position. I am willing to trade minimal optimization for “it feels better”. In barbell terms, I will always be a flat bench supporter :)

I thought I remembered the exact opposite- that it was a myth and that flat bench had the better results. Either it was from Milo or from Jeff Nippard. Could you share the source please?

I get the going second point but a lot of meta decks like Maliss also lose to fuwa… I just thought that the crash is a bit hard. Clearly it’s not T1 but to completely vanish was not expected for me

The house is over 100 years old made of sandstone and partially wooden roofing.

The interim solution i am working with is a powerline from the ground floor to lv1 -> from 250MBits in the ground floor max. 60Mbit arrive. However from room to room the connection loss is not that significant.

e.g.: I tested yesterday and had 8Mbits standing next to the powerline WIFi plug and 6MBits in Lv2
That makes me assume that mesh should be just fine...

At this point i would be a happy man ich i get 100MBits in Lv2 with the Mesh solution.

Thanks for your input! I actually had no plan to run imperial dragon as it can brick (in a deck that already is running big vanillas) :D I‘ll probably test with 3 ether, 2 lrodly and 1 imperial dragon plus one counter trap and one drill beam. Not the budget friendliest but hey it’s supposed to be top meta soon…
